During two weeks in August last year (2020), the Covid-19 pandemic and a heatwave happened at the same time. As many of us were home and apartments are not made for these circumstances, people opened their windows.

I have captured this historical and unique situation. This has resulted in 375 photographs of OPEN WINDOWS, which can be interpreted as the very subtle response to burning conditions of two global crises in Stockholm.

The exhibition was hosted by Galleri Frihamstorget located in Frihamnen (Stockholm) during August 20-22 and September 3-5.
